[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]So, I’ve been working on this EP since late January, alongside Nighttime in Equestria, and it’s finally near fruition. Equestria Vol. I is very close to done. Just a couple more tweaks here and there, vocals for the last track (I’m still searching for a vocalist for the last one), and it’ll be ready for release. Here’s a short preview (I kinda suck at making previews/teasers) for all of you. I’ll put up a YT video of it when it’s all done, but for now, here you go. Some of the songs sound familiar maybe, because I’ve posted WIP’s and the like up on here before, so not much should be all that surprising. Enjoy what little is here!

First off, thanks for 100 subs! I feel really happy that I’ve gotten even close to this. Friendship is Witchcraft is (still) an amazing abridged series. Pinkie’s Brew (is still) stuck in my head, and I decided to try something out by putting a spin on it.
Not only did I up the tempo to give it more of a peppy vibe, I also remastered and EQ’d everything and shit now, so the vocals should be louder and on time, panning helped separate a few instruments, and, if you listen carefully, Pinkie Pie actually calls forth the ＤＡＲＫ ＬＯＲＤ ＧＵＭＭＹ

Harsh words for would-be remixers
Do not make a “nightcore” remix of one of my songs and expect me to like it, or favorite it and subscribe to you, or put you in the annotations to my videos.
It won’t happen.
I appreciate that you like the song, but making a “nightcore” remix requires no skill or talent. It’s music for people who don’t want to try. If you want to speed up my song, go ahead, but don’t pass it off as a remix or something that required any effort.
I’d much prefer you honestly try to remix a song of mine and it turns out “bad” than for you to make the “best” nightcore remix.
At the end of the day, people who make nightcore remixes are expressing their love for a song, but they’re doing it in a very safe, non-creative, and attention-whoring fashion that takes the eyes off of people who put blood, sweat, and tears into their honest to god remixes.
And I understand that time spent=/= quality. However, I will always appreciate honest effort, even if the end result may be a bit lackluster.
After looking at some Nightcore, I can say that holy shit I agree with you.
